Ordering Policy

  • Many of our products (such as most colored glass rods) are sold by weight, and ordered by the individual piece. This may result in a different amount to appear on the order total on the website and your final invoice. For questions regarding product weights or other aspects of this policy, please contact us.
  • We accept debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
  • Orders made before 1:00pm PST will usually be shipped same day.
  • Pick-up orders are available at our retail location in Humboldt County. Please contact us for details.
  • Prices do not include shipping. Shipping costs are based on UPS or USPS ground rates. We will select the cheapest option unless otherwise requested.
  • A shipping quote and/or order total may be provided prior to charging your card if you request it in the notes section.
  • All prices are subject to change without notice. (This rarely happens)
  • Cases of tubing and rod that require double boxing may incur a box charge.
  • Kilns require a consultation with a Glass House employee prior to shipping to arrange freight shipping. Some kilns are made to order, and may incur lead times from the manufacturer. 
  • Items returned with prior approval will be credited to your account. We do not provide cash refunds. Prior approval must be made within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Residents of California will be required to pay a 8.5% sales tax. Tax exempt customers must submit a signed resale certificate along with a copy of their Resale Permit prior to shipping. Contact us for details.
  • The minimum order amount for online orders is $10
