The Mini Hopper is the third largest in the Hopper Series and was designed for smaller to medium scale glass work such as marbles, pendants, figurines, hollow vessels, pipes, sculptures, sectional work, or anything that may require quick and easy access to the kiln chamber. Unlike many traditional lamp working style kilns, the Hopper Series does not have a guillotine type main door, arms and counterweight which allow these models to fit into tighter spaces and be used directly on a work bench for easy accessibility. The Mini Hopper is equipped with two ( flip up) hinged bead doors and two (flip down) hinged point rests, all door hardware is fully adjustable. Aim was the first to introduce full brick construction throughout entire chamber including all doors, no fiber board used which is typically seen in economy kilns. All metal parts, components, and hardware are laser cut and custom made for each model. No off the shelf parts. Precision metal matched with unrivaled brick work, a bulletproof and simplified electrical system, next level technicality, and quality control that make this lamp working model a great size and choice.
